Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Job Description:
Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a solid technical foundation in Java and exposure to React.js, to lead strategic software development projects. This role requires a leader with excellent project management expertise, a passion for technology, and the ability to steer cross-functional teams toward successful project execution in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex software projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, and budget.

• Define clear project goals, deliverables, and KPIs in collaboration with stakeholders and leadership.

• Oversee resource planning, risk assessment, and project documentation.

• Engage directly with development teams to ensure alignment with technical requirements, especially in Java and React.js.

• Lead Agile/Scrum practices and facilitate all key ceremonies.

• Track project performance using project management tools and provide timely updates to senior leadership.

• Resolve team issues and encourage open communication for seamless collaboration.

• Promote innovation and continuous process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 12+ years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years in a project management role within software development.

• Strong hands-on understanding of Java; capable of technical discussions with developers.

• Exposure to React.js or other front-end technologies is advantageous.

• Solid understanding of enterprise architecture and ability to guide development efforts.

• Experience managing Agile/Scrum teams and processes.

• Certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipeline integration.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
