Parsons Corporation is hiring a Senior IT/OT Engineer for a high-profile rail project in Dubai. The role involves managing IT & OT system integration, ensuring network security, and optimizing SCADA, signaling, and control systems to enhance rail infrastructure efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

💻 Oversee IT/OT integration to ensure seamless operation of SCADA, signaling, and control systems.
🔧 Lead design & configuration of IT/OT networks, optimizing performance.
🛡️ Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect IT/OT infrastructure from cyber threats.
🚆 Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IEC 62443 & ISO 27001.
📊 Conduct testing & validation of IT/OT systems before deployment.
👥 Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT/OT infrastructure with project goals.
📄 Maintain detailed documentation & provide regular progress reports.
📢 Train junior engineers and operational staff for IT/OT system efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree or advanced certifications in Cybersecurity, Networking, or Automation (preferred).
  ✅ Experience:
• 15+ years in IT/OT systems for rail, transportation, or infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in SCADA, control systems, network security, and cloud infrastructure.
  ✅ Skills Required:
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (IEC 62443, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Project management experience in large-scale IT/OT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
