🎯 Job Purpose:

As a Senior IT Executive, you will lead the full lifecycle of surveillance system implementations – from requirement gathering and design to installation, configuration, and team management. You will be the go-to expert in integrating security systems with IT infrastructure while mentoring technicians and ensuring high-quality, timely project delivery.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer security and surveillance requirements and conduct detailed site surveys.

• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimations for security integration projects.

• Supervise and lead the installation, configuration, and testing of:

  • CCTV

  • Access control systems

  • Biometric devices

  • Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) for vehicles

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with SIRA/ADMCC standards.

• Manage project execution, ensure timely delivery, and provide technical guidance to field technicians.

• Train and upskill technicians on emerging surveillance technologies.

• Maintain and edit AutoCAD drawings related to security infrastructure.

• Lead vendor communications and ensure integration with network, power, and UPS systems.

📚 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electronics and Communication.

• SIRA/ADMCC Engineer Certification is an advantage.

• Strong understanding of:

  • IP CCTV & Video Management Systems (VMS)

  • Intelligent Video Analytics

  • Video Archiving and Control Room Technologies

  • Power, UPS, and networking basics (LAN/WAN, firewalls, IP transmission)

• Certifications in Milestone, Digiport, Hikcentral, Wavestore, or Streamax are preferred.

• Solid experience with AutoCAD (drawing preparation/editing).

• UAE driving license is mandatory.

🧠 Required Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in security and surveillance technology.

• Expertise in large-scale, integrated security systems.

• Proven experience with VMS platforms (especially Milestone or Wavestore).

• Familiarity with UAE regulations and the Middle East security environment.

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000 (all-inclusive)
