Avery Dennison, a global leader in materials science and digital identification solutions, is seeking a Senior Inventory Planning Coordinator to join their team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for experienced professionals who thrive in a dynamic, international environment and are passionate about optimizing supply chain processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing material and capacity requirements, driving inventory optimization, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations. The role also involves engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with global and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer demand and communicate material and capacity constraints to stakeholders.

• Develop materials requirement plans to ensure optimal inventory levels.

• Perform cost analyses to identify efficient scheduling, production, and logistics strategies.

• Lead supply chain and material management plans to enhance product flow and delivery timelines.

• Monitor inventory trends and create strategic solutions to meet order fill rates and lead times.

• Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and coordinate with internal and external partners.

• Forecast trends in manufacturing, sales, and distribution to improve planning and performance.

• Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives, such as inventory reduction or vendor-managed inventory.

• Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) involving all business functions for improved customer service and cost efficiency.

• Handle capacity planning and develop robust supply strategies in coordination with operations and regional teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Business, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain or inventory planning (SML or related fields).

• Experience in the printing manufacturing industry (Offset, RFID, PFL, Flexo, Thermal) is preferred.

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; scripting or macros preferred.

• Experience in process documentation, forecasting, and statistical analysis.

• Familiar with supply chain software and tools (Google Workspace, MS Office, etc.).

• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

• Project management and business partnering experience required.

• Green Belt or ELS certification is a plus.
