Juma Al Majid Holding Group L.L.C is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to plan, execute, and oversee audit activities in compliance with International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing (IPPF). The role involves risk assessment, financial research, compliance evaluation, and internal control review to ensure the effectiveness of company processes and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct risk-based audits for different business units.

• Identify control weaknesses and recommend corrective actions.

• Prepare detailed audit reports and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure compliance with IFRS, IAS, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Develop action plans and lead exit meetings with management.

• Utilize data analytics tools (ACL, ClickView) for audit assessments.

• Support internal audit quality assurance and implement best practices.

• Perform ad hoc audit assignments as required by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.

• Professional certifications preferred (CA, CIA, CFE, CPA, ACCA, CISA, CMA).

• Minimum 6 years of internal audit experience.

• Strong knowledge of COSO framework, IFRS, risk management, and internal control systems.

• Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and data analytics tools.

• Big 4 audit firm experience is a plus.

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
