Al Ghurair is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor (UAE National) to join its Governance, Risk, and Compliance Team. This role involves managing internal audit processes, conducting financial reviews, and ensuring compliance with internal controls. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in internal audit and strong expertise in risk management, compliance, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal audit plans, scheduling, and execution.
• Conduct on-site audits, financial reviews, and internal control assessments.
• Engage with key stakeholders to prepare audit reports and findings.
• Ensure adherence to the internal audit manual and compliance frameworks.
• Provide guidance to internal audit specialists and coach team members.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required; CA, CPA, CIA, ACCA, CFE, or CISA preferred.
• 5-7 years of experience, with at least 3 years in internal audit.
• Strong knowledge of audit methodologies, risk assessment, and financial controls.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• UAE National (Emirati candidates only).
