Al Ghurair is seeking a Senior Internal Auditor to support the Senior Internal Audit Manager (SIAM) in executing internal audit plans, risk assessment, and process improvement. This role requires conducting internal audit reviews, managing audit resources, identifying financial and operational risks, and ensuring compliance with governance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, auditing expertise, and experience in internal controls, risk management, and business process evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Assist in the development and execution of the Internal Audit Plan.
🔹 Conduct audit scheduling, planning, and documentation.
🔹 Identify risks associated with business objectives and evaluate control mechanisms.
🔹 Execute audit testing, detect process gaps, and provide recommendations for improvement.
🔹 Review financial statements, internal controls, and documentation to identify discrepancies.
🔹 Engage with senior management, financial controllers, and key stakeholders.
🔹 Issue reports on audit findings and ensure adherence to internal audit standards.
🔹 Support fraud investigations and ad-hoc audit projects.
🔹 Maintain audit files, follow up on action plan closures, and ensure compliance with professional standards.

Key Requirements:

✅ 5-7 years of audit experience, with at least 3 years in internal audit.
✅ Minimum 3 years of UAE experience.
✅ Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with CA, CPA, CIA, or ACCA (CFE, CISA preferred).
✅ Expertise in complex corporate audits, business cycles, and risk evaluation.
✅ Experience in Information Systems Audits and IT audit tools.
✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and report-writing skills.
✅ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
