Job Title: Senior Interior 

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior & Joinery CAD Draughtsman to join a Tier 1 Main Contracting Company in Dubai for prestigious new-build projects. This is an initial 3-6 month contract, with an opportunity for permanent employment after six months. Candidates with strong experience in mall and retail projects within reputed Main Contracting Companies in the UAE will be prioritized.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate site measurements and prepare concept layout plans for client approval.

• Develop detailed technical drawings for interior joinery and MEP integration.

• Maintain a strong understanding of UAE authority regulations, including DM, DCD, JAFZA, DDA, TRAKHEES, NAKHEEL, and DEWA.

• Manage permit applications and approvals for project execution.

• Assist the Design Department in developing as-built DWG based on site conditions.

• Coordinate with clients to obtain approvals on drawings, materials, and technical documents.

• Create detailed execution drawings, including joinery, MEP, and architectural elements.

• Support the Operations Department with project site mobilization and documentation.

• Provide regular updates to the project team on drawing submissions and approvals.

• Compile and handover project completion documentation to clients and authorities.

Must-Have Qualifications:

✔ Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in Interior CAD drafting & Joinery detailing.
✔ Experience in mall & retail projects within reputed Main Contracting Companies in the UAE.
✔ Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
✔ Deep understanding of UAE construction standards and compliance requirements.
