Big Fish is looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead luxury residential, commercial, and mixed-use interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong design portfolio, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, engineers, and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead interior design projects from concept to completion.
✅ Develop innovative and market-aligned design concepts.
✅ Oversee material selection, ensuring quality and budget alignment.
✅ Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications.
✅ Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
✅ Conduct site visits and provide design direction during construction.
✅ Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
✅ Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development.

Qualifications & Skills

📌 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
📌 7+ years of experience in high-end interior design (real estate or architecture firm preferred).
📌 Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential, hospitality, or commercial projects.
📌 Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools.
📌 Deep knowledge of materials, furnishings, and finishes with strong vendor relationships.
📌 Excellent project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling.
📌 Strong leadership, communication, and presentation abilities.
📌 Understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
📌 Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
