Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Interior Designer with a robust portfolio in luxury high-end residential interiors. The ideal candidate is passionate about sophisticated design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses the leadership skills necessary to guide creative teams from concept development through project execution. Experience in kitchen and wardrobe design is an advantage, but a deep understanding of high-end design and premium brand standards is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end design concepts for luxury residential interiors.

• Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring creative consistency and technical precision.

• Review and validate design documentation and orders for accuracy and client compliance.

• Produce detailed 2D technical drawings using AutoCAD (mandatory).

• Contribute to 3D renderings and visualizations (3D Max proficiency is a plus).

• Develop mood boards, finishes palettes, and compelling design presentations.

• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

• Remain informed on global luxury design trends, materials, and technologies.

• Communicate design concepts clearly and effectively with clients, translating their preferences into bespoke living spaces.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in high-end residential interior design.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; familiarity with 3D Max or similar tools is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Russian language skills are a plus.

• Demonstrated creativity, precision, and an eye for luxurious finishes and furnishings.

• Prior experience working with international luxury brands and premium materials is highly desirable.
