Aujan Interior Decoration LLC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join its team in Dubai. As a full-time, on-site role, the position requires a creative professional with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Design Concepts: Craft innovative and compelling design concepts including mood boards, space layouts, color schemes, and 3D visualizations tailored to client needs and project objectives.

• Client & Consultant Collaboration: Work closely with clients and consultants to translate design concepts into functional and aesthetically pleasing solutions.

• Design Presentations: Create and present detailed design proposals to ensure alignment with client expectations.

• Space Planning: Execute efficient space planning to maximize utility and visual appeal.

• Material & Finish Selection: Choose appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for a cohesive design outcome.

• Project Coordination: Liaise with internal departments—project management, procurement, and construction—to ensure smooth implementation of design.

• Quality Control: Oversee design deliverables for quality, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Trend Awareness: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, innovations, and technologies in interior design.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Interior Design, with a strong portfolio in the fit-out sector.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and other design software tools.
