We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior/Intermediate Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of creativity and technical expertise, capable of transforming interior design concepts into detailed, execution-ready plans. This role requires a keen eye for detail, innovative thinking, and strong project coordination skills to ensure seamless project completion from concept to tender stage.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development:

• Work closely with the design team to create functional and aesthetically appealing interior concepts aligned with client requirements.

• Research and analyze design trends, materials, and finishes to develop unique and innovative solutions.

• Prepare mood boards, sketches, and conceptual presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.

Technical Detailing & Development:

• Convert conceptual designs into detailed technical drawings with high precision.

• Develop CAD drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.

• Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to specify materials, finishes, and furnishings.

Project Coordination & Documentation:

• Prepare and organize comprehensive design documentation, including specifications, schedules, and BOQs for tender submissions.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate interior design elements within overall project frameworks.

• Review, refine, and modify drawings based on stakeholder feedback.

• Assist in the evaluation of contractor bids and ensure design compliance during project execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• 8-10 years of experience in interior design, focusing on technical detailing and project execution.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design software.

• In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, joinery details, and construction techniques.

• Ability to manage and coordinate full sets of construction and tender drawings independently.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and project management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, consultants, and contractors.
