Google Cloud’s Mandiant Services is seeking a highly skilled Security Consultant to help organizations mitigate, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats. As part of our team, you will work on high-profile cybersecurity incidents, forensic analysis, threat hunting, and malware triage while collaborating with a network of top cybersecurity professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze advanced persistent threats (APTs), attack techniques, and motivations of cyber adversaries.

• Perform threat research, forensic investigations, and operational analysis of cyber incidents.

• Develop and present intelligence reports and briefings to executives, security teams, and analysts.

• Evaluate and implement cutting-edge cybersecurity tools and best practices.

• Engage with clients, helping them navigate complex cybersecurity challenges and improve their defenses.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity threat intelligence, investigations, or incident response.

• Strong background in cyber threat research, intelligence reporting, and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in program management or business operations.

• Knowledge of intrusion detection, forensic analysis, network traffic analysis, and cyber attack models.

• Familiarity with Google products, security tools, and enterprise IT infrastructure.

• Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, malware triage, and investigative techniques.
