The ideal candidate will have a strong financial markets background, an extensive network in wealth management and private banking, and a proven ability to navigate crypto regulations while driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Market Expansion:
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to expand institutional client base across UAE and MEA.
✅ Generate and convert leads, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to account management.
✅ Build long-term partnerships with traditional finance institutions and wealth managers.
Client Relationship Management & Sales Execution:
✔ Handle complex client inquiries related to APIs, liquidity, and account services.
✔ Ensure smooth client onboarding and efficient issue resolution.
✔ Organize meetings, track discussions, and follow up on strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
🎯 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or financial markets.
🎯 Extensive network within wealth management, private banking, or related sectors.
🎯 Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus).
🎯 Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and financial regulations in UAE.
🎯 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
