Sheraton Sharjah Beach Resort & Spa, part of Marriott International, is hiring a Senior HVAC Technician to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. The role requires technical expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC equipment to provide a comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Perform installation, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems, including chillers, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems.
🔹 Inspect and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC equipment.
🔹 Maintain preventative maintenance schedules to ensure efficiency and longevity of equipment.
🔹 Troubleshoot cooling, heating, and ventilation issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
🔹 Work closely with the engineering and facilities team to optimize building climate control.
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and Marriott standards.
🔹 Maintain detailed logs of maintenance activities and report major issues to management.

Eligibility Criteria:

✅ Education & Experience:

• Technical Diploma or Certification in HVAC systems.
• 5+ years of experience in HVAC maintenance, preferably in hospitality or commercial buildings.
  ✅ Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems) is an advantage.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  ✅ Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site at Sheraton Sharjah.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and emergency call-outs.
