Honeywell is seeking a proactive Senior HR Generalist to join its team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role supports the Advanced Materials business unit—soon to be an independent company. The position focuses on delivering high-quality HR support across employee relations, talent management, organizational development, and compliance in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.

• Guide recruitment, onboarding, and talent planning efforts.

• Manage performance management, succession planning, and employee development.

• Provide guidance on compensation programs and benefits policies.

• Support organizational change, employee engagement, and culture initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal governance.

• Handle conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and coaching.

• Leverage HR systems and dashboards to provide strategic insights and improvements.

• Lead or participate in regional and global HR projects.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR qualification preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience in a multinational, matrixed environment.

• Strong experience in employee relations and labor compliance.

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience supporting change initiatives and using data for decision-making.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and coaching skills.
