🔍 Role Overview:

Charterhouse is proud to partner with a leading global marketing agency to recruit a Senior HR Executive for their dynamic Dubai office. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned HR Generalist looking to step into a strategic role within a fast-growing and innovative organization.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, and training

• Conduct exit interviews and support offboarding processes

• Collaborate with the Regional HR Manager on developing and updating HR policies and procedures

• Provide hands-on support in employee relations, organizational development, and performance management

• Coordinate payroll with the Finance Director and external providers, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, bonuses, benefits, and deductions

• Maintain and audit HR systems and records, ensuring complete and up-to-date employee documentation

• Handle visa applications, renewals, and labor documentation for both new and existing employees

• Prepare and issue HR documentation including contracts, offer letters, and employment verification letters

✅ Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience in the UAE, with a strong grasp of UAE labor laws

• Prior experience in a marketing or creative agency is highly desirable

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software

• Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills

• Confident, proactive, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively
