Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer & Videographer to enhance our brand’s visual identity through compelling graphic designs, video production, and motion graphics. The ideal candidate is a storyteller at heart, passionate about design, branding, and content creation, with expertise in video production, photography, and digital marketing assets.

This role requires a strong understanding of brand strategy, visual communication, and digital content creation, supporting our marketing and sales efforts across social media, advertising, print, and corporate branding.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Brand Development:

✔ Create stunning marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, social media creatives, billboards, presentations, and promotional assets.
✔ Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistency across all print and digital materials.
✔ Design logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines aligned with TownX’s luxury real estate positioning.
✔ Work closely with marketing and sales teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns, product launches, and events.

Videography & Motion Graphics:

✔ Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality real estate promotional videos, including property walkthroughs, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content.
✔ Produce motion graphics and animated content for social media, websites, and digital ads.
✔ Edit raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos using cinematic techniques, smooth transitions, and dynamic effects.
✔ Manage lighting, sound, and camera equipment for professional-quality video production.

Digital & Social Media Content Creation:

✔ Design engaging social media visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
✔ Create interactive video and graphic content optimized for different digital platforms.
✔ Stay updated with design and social media trends to develop fresh, innovative concepts.

Photo & Video Editing:

✔ Retouch and enhance photos and videos to meet luxury real estate branding standards.
✔ Utilize advanced editing techniques, including color grading, sound editing, and special effects.
✔ Maintain a well-organized digital asset library for easy content retrieval.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration:

✔ Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative storytelling strategies.
✔ Provide innovative ideas for brand positioning, advertising campaigns, and audience engagement.
✔ Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications & Experience

🎨 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer & Videographer (Real Estate, Luxury Branding, or Corporate Advertising preferred).
📍 Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video production, motion graphics, and branding.
🎥 Experience in luxury branding, lifestyle marketing, or corporate advertising is a plus.
