Your expertise will drive the development of innovative marketing materials, digital content, and advertising campaigns that engage clients and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, and digital assets.
• Develop visually compelling graphics for websites and social media while maintaining brand consistency.
• Lead design projects from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery for marketing campaigns.
• Create captivating presentations and pitch decks for clients, investors, and stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of design trends in real estate and implement fresh, innovative ideas.
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior designers.
• Collaborate with external vendors to ensure high-quality production of all designed materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate or marketing.
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design projects.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent communication skills to present and explain design concepts effectively.
• Attention to detail, strong typography skills, and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
