We are building a next-generation iGaming platform that seamlessly integrates Slotigator and SoftSwiss content under a lightning-fast web experience. As our Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be in charge of the browser layer from end to end—creating high-performance components and optimizing the CI/CD pipeline on Vercel. You will work closely with design, product, and backend teams to ship features that delight players at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect & Ship Features
  Design and build React/Next.js features, leveraging Server Components, App Router, and edge-friendly APIs. Optimize performance with code-splitting and lazy-loading for a quick first contentful paint.

• State Management
  Implement state management using Zustand and Redux Toolkit, ensuring scalability and type-safety with RTK Query or custom middleware.

• Styling & Theming
  Create responsive, accessible interfaces using Tailwind CSS and vanilla CSS modules, while maintaining a consistent design-token system across multiple brands.

• Performance & Quality
  Own Core Web Vitals and implement performance enhancements like next/image, dynamic imports, and progressive hydration. Write robust tests and maintain code quality standards using ESLint, Prettier, and Husky.

• Ops & Developer Experience (DX)
  Configure and manage build pipelines on Vercel, leveraging preview deployments, analytics, and Speed Insights. Mentor mid-level engineers, run architecture reviews, and advocate for best practices in TypeScript and functional programming.

Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years professional experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, with at least 3+ years in React and 1 year in production Next.js apps.

• In-depth knowledge of SSR, SSG, ISR, and React Server Components, and the ability to make informed trade-offs.

• Proven track record in optimizing bundle size, code-splitting routes/components, and monitoring performance.

• Hands-on experience with Vercel, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management.

• Comfortable integrating REST/GraphQL/Socket endpoints and managing authentication flows (Next‑Auth is a plus).

• Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and localization (i18next/next‑intl).

• Mentorship mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in iGaming, fintech, or high-traffic real-time domains.

• Familiarity with Web Audio (Howler), animations (Framer Motion), or game-like micro-interactions.

• Knowledge of micro-frontends, Module Federation, or alternative runtimes (Vite + React 18).

• Contributions to open-source libraries or tech blogging.
