ADM is seeking a Senior Flavorist to lead the creation and development of innovative flavors across beverage, dairy, and sweets categories. Based in Dubai, this full-time role focuses on driving flavor innovation, supporting business growth in the Middle East & North Africa (MENA), mentoring junior talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class flavor solutions.

Key Responsibilities / Role Overview:

• Develop creative, reproducible, and innovative flavors aligned with business needs, sensory requirements, regulations, and costs.

• Build flavor creation capabilities in MENA to support business growth strategies.

• Mentor trainee flavorists across the EMEA region.

• Support innovation projects, key accounts, and beverage initiatives, ensuring flawless execution.

• Collaborate with CD&D, Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations teams.

• Participate in customer visits, sales support, and global platforms of excellence.

• Drive portfolio development for beverages, sweets, and dairy categories in MENA.

• Contribute to raw material harmonization and flavor production optimization.

• Identify new business opportunities using novel technologies and raw materials.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

• Completed training at a recognized flavor school (e.g., ISIPCA) or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience as a flavorist post-training.

• Strong expertise in flavor chemistry, raw materials, and flavor creation across categories.

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and delivery technologies.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

• Project management proficiency, including Microsoft Office tools.
