Position Overview:

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic financial planning, analysis, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will bring advanced financial modeling skills and experience working in cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and support business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Partner with operations, commercial, and C2C teams to evaluate business trends and support revenue growth strategies.

• Develop and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic decisions.

• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are a strong advantage.

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, macros, modeling) and exposure to financial reporting tools such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.

• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
