• Al Rostamani International Exchange is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to manage the overall financial operations and controls of the company. The role involves overseeing risk management, treasury operations, financial reporting, internal controls, and cost management. The Senior Finance Manager will play a key role in business strategy formulation and liaise with various stakeholders, including auditors, legal firms, and banks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Value At Risk (VAR) and design risk management strategies.

• Oversee optimal fund utilization and cost of funds.

• Handle treasury operations and manage funding from local and foreign banks.

• Implement accounting policies, maintain proper revenue recognition, and ensure adequate internal controls.

• Manage MIS and generate management reports for stakeholders.

• Support General Manager in developing business strategy, including budgets and financial analysis.

• Enhance internal control systems, especially in finance, accounting, and administration.

• Actively manage costs, aiming for reduction over time.

• Work with IT/Technology to improve processes and reduce cost footprints.

• Liaise with auditors, legal firms, and local banks.

Job Requirements:

• Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in finance.
