We are looking for a dynamic Senior Finance Manager to join the Sport360X team. If you have a passion for sports and are driven to make a difference in financial operations, this role is for you. The Senior Finance Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial functions of Sport360X and provide key financial insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts. Provide variance analysis and actionable recommendations to senior management to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement. Offer insights to help guide business decisions.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability. Develop cash flow projections and implement strategies to optimize liquidity.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Establish and maintain effective internal controls, ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures. Oversee compliance with local tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Audit & Tax: Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of audits and tax filings. Implement recommendations from audits and manage risk effectively.
• Strategic Support: Collaborate with the executive team, providing financial insights and support for key initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, and new business opportunities.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in senior financial management, ideally within the media or sports industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
