Perspective Pictures, a fast-growing video production company with a global presence, is launching in Dubai and looking for a Senior Filmmaker & Video Editor to join their founding team. This role involves shooting and editing high-quality, social-first content for brands like Red Bull, BuzzFeed, Lululemon, Huel, and Adobe.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Filming high-quality content with a strong sense of composition, lighting, and storytelling.
✅ Editing engaging videos for social media, branded content, and commercials.
✅ Adding motion graphics, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality.
✅ Creating both short-form & long-form content that captivates audiences.
✅ Collaborating with creatives, producers, and clients to bring ideas to life.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years as a filmmaker & video editor.

• Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Premiere Pro (After Effects & DaVinci Resolve are a plus!).

  • Strong understanding of cinematography, pacing, and storytelling.

  • Knowledge of camera operation & lighting setups.

• Industry Knowledge:

  • Understanding of editing for platforms like TikTok, Instagram & YouTube.

  • Awareness of trends in social media & video production.

• Soft Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with a creative mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Salary & Benefits:

💰 Salary: 12,000 – 13,000 AED per month
☀️ 25 working days of annual leave + UAE public holidays
