Join Al Salehi Bosch Diesel Service, a leading Bosch-authorized service center in Dubai, as a skilled Field Service Technician. You will perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs for diesel engines and fuel systems while upholding the highest standards of technical expertise, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections, servicing, and repairs on diesel engines and fuel injection systems at customer locations.

• Support in diagnosing and resolving electrical and mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools.

• Install engine and fuel system components at client sites and assist in complex repairs under senior supervision.

• Prepare accurate service reports, work orders, and document all interventions.

• Comply with safety standards, manufacturer protocols, and environmental regulations.

• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles in top working condition.

• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally regarding service needs and resolutions.

• Collaborate with the Field Service Lead or Workshop Manager on any additional technical responsibilities.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a field service technician in the automotive or diesel service sector.

• Strong technical knowledge of engines, diagnostics, electrical systems, and fuel injection technologies.

• Certifications such as ASE or Bosch Diesel Training preferred.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in leading or mentoring junior technicians is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 8,000/month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
