Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow the client portfolio

• Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends and investment opportunities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders

• Manage property listings, marketing campaigns, site visits, and open house events

• Negotiate property deals and contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes

• Provide expert guidance on property investments and current market conditions

• Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand presence and attract buyers

• Monitor competitor activities and identify ways to maintain a competitive edge

• Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards

• Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative and high-performance team culture

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or property management

• Strong command of negotiation, communication, and closing techniques

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

• Proficient in real estate CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage

• Strong market analysis and strategic planning capabilities

• Professional demeanor with high levels of integrity

• Deep understanding of local real estate laws and regulations

• Strong networking skills to build and maintain industry relationships

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure
