Are you a trend-driven fashion innovator with a passion for women’s wear design? A leading fashion retail group in the Gulf region is looking for a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the creation of trend-forward collections and drive product innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Trend Development:

• Conduct market research on global fashion trends, fabrics, and design techniques.
• Develop seasonal collections (30-50 pieces per season) that align with brand vision.
• Create mood boards, sketches, CAD pre-designs, and technical sheets (Tech Packs).
• Oversee the design process from concept to final product styling.

Merchandising & Production:

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure top-quality production.
• Coordinate sample production, approvals, and collection planning for timely arrivals.
• Negotiate pricing while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Creative Direction & Execution:

• Supervise photoshoots, ensuring collections are presented as envisioned.
• Collaborate with stylists to create impactful fashion campaigns.

Team Leadership & Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the design team.
• Evaluate team performance and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

What You Bring:

✔ 10+ years of experience in fashion design, with expertise in women’s wear collections.
✔ Strong understanding of global fashion trends, colors, prints, and textiles.
✔ Proven experience in the export fashion industry.
✔ Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD software.
✔ Passion for innovation, storytelling, and brand elevation.
