Position: Senior Womenswear Fashion Designer
Location: Dubai, UAE
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: Up to AED 23,000 all-inclusive (depending on experience and qualifications)

About the Client:
Join a prestigious and trend-forward retail group based in Dubai, renowned across the GCC for their growing international portfolio of elegant women’s fashion brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize seasonal themes, mood boards, and new inspirations aligned with the brand’s strategy.

• Develop pre-designs using CAD software, along with detailed technical sheets (Tech Packs).

• Provide suppliers with comprehensive collection requirements including sketches, fabrics, colors, garment measurements, and trims.

• Oversee photoshoots to ensure visual representation of designs matches the original creative intent—especially for celebrity and high-profile campaigns.

• Ensure the design integrity and quality are upheld from concept through final production.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related discipline preferred.

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in fashion design, ideally within a high-end or luxury womenswear brand.

• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, color theory, garment construction, and print development.

• Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of fashion designers.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CAD software.
