Burjline Builders is seeking a Senior Executive (Entrepreneurs Development) to support the growth of SMEs and Emirati enterprises by enabling access to opportunities, navigating regulatory processes, and building sustainable foundations. This role is central to driving Dubai SME’s national enterprise development goals by offering advisory services, fostering partnerships, and coordinating ecosystem support for business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic initiatives for high-potential SMEs using knowledge of growth drivers, sector trends, and scale-up strategies.

• Assess SMEs’ capabilities and market readiness, guiding them through tailored interventions and expansion pathways.

• Deliver advisory sessions on operational maturity, investment readiness, export enablement, compliance, and market access.

• Facilitate access to resources, diagnostic tools, consultations, and market intelligence to boost growth outcomes.

• Coordinate with investors, accelerators, government enablers, and export entities to secure financing, procurement, and international opportunities.

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to promote SME value propositions and create business linkages.

• Guide entrepreneurs in registration, licensing, and renewals, resolving cross-entity challenges.

• Monitor SME progress against growth milestones and prepare reports on program performance and impact.

• Contribute to the development of knowledge products, templates, and toolkits for consistent service delivery.

• Conduct market research and intelligence analysis to inform strategy and policy development.

• Represent the program at forums, working groups, and stakeholder sessions to strengthen collaboration and ecosystem engagement.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in SME development, growth drivers, and scale-up methodologies.

• Experience delivering business advisory services to entrepreneurs and SMEs.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across government, investors, and accelerators.

• Solid understanding of compliance, licensing, and regulatory processes in the UAE.

• Analytical and research skills to track performance and develop insights.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Entrepreneurship, or related field (preferred).
