SWATX is seeking an experienced Senior Execution PMO to strengthen its Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure the successful execution of high-impact initiatives. This role requires a seasoned project management professional who can enhance project governance, drive best practices, and align projects with strategic business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) and enforce project governance policies
• Develop and implement best practices to improve project delivery effectiveness
• Oversee key projects and provide strategic guidance to project managers and teams
• Align project outcomes with business strategy and priorities
• Facilitate project status reporting and communication of risks/issues
• Assess project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Mentor and coach project managers to enhance their skills
• Organize and lead PMO meetings, workshops, and training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
• 8+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a PMO leadership role
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile methodologies are highly desirable
