About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Estimation & Tendering Manager to lead the pre-tender and bidding process for EPC and offshore projects, ensuring accurate cost estimation and risk assessment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background in marine, mechanical, or naval architecture, along with expertise in contract negotiation, project management, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Pre-Tender & Bid Management

• Evaluate and assess tenders, analyzing risk factors to make informed bid decisions.

• Estimate material, equipment, and manpower needs for reliable cost projections.

• Review client specifications, identify special requirements, and coordinate with internal teams.

• Liaise with subcontractors, production, and procurement teams for required inputs.

• Communicate with clients for clarifications and additional information when needed.

🔹 Project & Financial Management

• Conduct vessel/platform inspections and discuss project details with client representatives.

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and final bid documents.

• Provide financial summaries of tenders for senior management approval.

• Manage tender clarifications and pricing updates until the project contract is signed.

• Ensure proper handover of project files, highlighting critical aspects for execution teams.

🔹 Strategic & Compliance Operations

• Stay updated on EPC offshore/Oil & Gas industry trends, renewables, and new technologies.

• Ensure adherence to contractual, legal, and commercial requirements in all bid processes.

• Implement and uphold best practices in estimation, cost analysis, and project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

✅ Degree/Diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Naval Architecture.
✅ 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
✅ Expertise in contract negotiation, project estimation, and commercial strategies.
✅ Strong knowledge of EPC, FPSO, offshore projects, and renewables.
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✅ Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
