AG Elevator Systems & Metal Technology (L.L.C), part of Al Ghurair Group, is looking for a Senior Engineer – Service Sales to drive service sales growth, develop strong client relationships, and secure high-margin service contracts. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with experience in vertical transportation solutions and the UAE construction market.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify new business opportunities and expand the service sales portfolio.
✔ Build strong relationships with FM companies, contractors, and consultants.
✔ Develop competitive service packages based on market trends.
✔ Secure high-margin service contracts and ensure smooth project handoff.
✔ Coordinate with internal teams to meet customer requirements.
✔ Provide market insights for product and business improvements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
✅ Proven service sales experience with a strong track record in securing high-value contracts.
✅ Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✅ Knowledge of vertical transportation solutions and the UAE construction market.
✅ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
✅ UAE driving license is required.
