Technip Energies is hiring a Senior Electrical Designer to join their team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role involves leading the creation of detailed electrical designs for FEED and pre-FEED projects within the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure designs meet industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of electrical designs for FEED and pre-FEED projects.

• Utilize SP3D software to develop and refine electrical design models and drawings.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Prepare and maintain design documentation, including specifications, reports, and drawings.

• Assist in project proposals, cost estimates, and scheduling.

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards in designs.

• Participate in site visits for data gathering and design validation.

• Support the Lead Electrical Engineer in project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• Over 15 years of experience in electrical design within the oil and gas industry.

• Expertise in detailed design for FEED and pre-FEED projects.

• Proficiency in SmartPlant 3D (SP3D) software.

• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, codes, and regulations.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
