Job Title: Senior Draftsman

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Draftsman with strong expertise in both structural and architectural drafting to join our fast-paced and innovative team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing technical drawings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with UAE construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard software

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop design layouts and technical concepts

• Revise, update, and maintain accurate drawing documentation based on design changes and client feedback

• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, engineering standards, and project requirements

• Provide technical support to site teams during project execution phases

• Maintain a well-organized record of revisions, layouts, and construction documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a draftsman in structural and architectural projects

• Proven UAE-based experience in the construction or engineering industry

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related drafting software

• In-depth knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

• Strong team collaboration and communication skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a relevant discipline
