A confidential fintech/digital banking group is hiring a Senior Director – Investments to lead strategic investment initiatives at the holding company level in Dubai. This on-site, full-time position demands a seasoned investment leader with proven experience in capital raising, M&A, and IPOs, especially within fintech, payments, and digital banking sectors.

The role involves managing high-value transactions (USD 100M+), fostering investor relations, and guiding the execution of investment strategies. Candidates should possess a strong global investor network, particularly in Far East markets, and a deep understanding of structured deals and financial advisory for public listings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support fundraising efforts for group portfolio companies.

• Build strong relationships with institutional investors, VCs, private equity firms, and family offices.

• Structure investment deals and strategic partnerships in collaboration with the CFO and CIO.

• Oversee IPO/listing preparations and execution.

• Originate and execute investment/M&A opportunities aligned with strategic goals.

• Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and transaction structuring.

• Manage all legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of deal execution.

• Advise portfolio companies on fundraising, capital allocation, and market growth.

• Monitor investment performance and develop exit strategies.

• Stay updated on fintech, payments infrastructure, and emerging market trends.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in investment banking, PE/VC, or corporate finance.

• Track record of closing investment transactions worth USD 100M+.

• Extensive investor network, especially in Far East and global financial markets.

• Strong expertise in structured investments, joint ventures, and capital markets.

• Deep knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and negotiation.

• Experience with IPOs and private placements in fintech or digital banking is highly preferred.
