Knight Frank is seeking a Senior Development Manager to oversee the successful execution of fit-out projects from inception to completion. The role involves project management, procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years of experience, including 5 years in the Middle East, with expertise in construction, cost management, design, engineering, and branded residence projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project operations, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.

• Oversee design, construction, scheduling, commercial, procurement, and risk management.

• Handle vendor agreements, procurement, and contract administration.

• Monitor compliance with internal governance, policies, and regulatory changes.

• Review and approve progress billings, material tracking, and change orders.

• Ensure proper document control, project logs, and client reporting.

• Lead quality control, health & safety measures, and risk assessments.

• Conduct on-site inspections, progress tracking, and stakeholder meetings.

• Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to optimize solutions.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management (Master’s degree preferred).

• 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in the Middle East.

• Proven experience in top-tier branded residence projects.

• Strong expertise in project procurement, contract management, and team leadership.

• PMP, CIOB, or C.Eng certification is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage).

• Willingness to travel as required.
