Job Title: Senior Designer 

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Designer to lead the creation of technical drawings, proposals, and calculations for architectural aluminium systems. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in aluminium window, door, and façade systems who can combine technical expertise with creative design solutions.

As the Senior Designer, you will work closely with fabricators, architects, and internal teams to ensure that all designs meet technical, commercial, and quality standards, while managing the workflow within the design department for timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop precise technical drawings, proposals, and calculations for aluminium systems projects

• Provide design and technical support to fabricators, architects, and internal departments

• Allocate workloads and oversee the Design Department to meet deadlines and project requirements

• Ensure all designs adhere to technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and commercial goals

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in architectural aluminium systems design

• Proficient in MS Office applications and AutoCAD (knowledge of additional design tools is a plus)

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to design excellence

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines

• Salary: Up to 17,000 AED/month (depending on experience) + yearly bonus
