🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Manage complete travel arrangements for corporate clients including air, hotel, car rentals, and visa processing

• Handle complex and VIP itineraries with precision and discretion

• Use Galileo and Amadeus GDS for reservations, fare construction, and ticketing

• Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies while delivering cost-effective solutions

• Communicate with vendors, airlines, and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

• Respond promptly to schedule changes, cancellations, and urgent travel needs

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships to support retention

• Prepare travel reports and assist with SLA tracking and travel spend analysis

🔹 Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience in a corporate travel agency or travel management company (TMC)

• Proven proficiency with Galileo and Amadeus GDS

• In-depth knowledge of international travel regulations, airline fares, and routing

• Strong multitasking, communication, and client service skills

• Familiarity with corporate travel SLAs, policies, and reporting tools

• Currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately
