About the Role:

Inspire Selection is seeking a seasoned Senior Corporate Governance Officer to manage and oversee all aspects of business registration and corporate structuring within the ADGM jurisdiction. This role demands in-depth knowledge of UAE corporate regulations, compliance frameworks, and a client-focused approach to service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of ADGM business registrations, including incorporations, renewals, amendments, and corporate structuring.

• Support filings related to DIFC Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) and foundations.

• Monitor and ensure timely compliance with regulatory deadlines.

• Maintain and update client records and internal databases (e.g., CRM, cloud platforms).

• Respond to enquiries regarding new entity formations and corporate restructurings.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with regulatory authorities.

• Facilitate smooth client onboarding processes and provide ongoing corporate governance support.

• Stay abreast of changes in UAE laws and ADGM regulations, implementing necessary adjustments.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members (advantageous).

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of UAE-based corporate services experience, with at least 3 years focusing on ADGM.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proven client-facing and account management skills.

• High level of professionalism and solutions-oriented mindset.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with corporate IT tools and systems.

Salary & Benefits:

AED 15,000 – 17,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
