DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Senior Coordinator – Offshore with 5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas and offshore expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driver management, maintenance coordination, reporting, HSE compliance, and onshore/offshore operations to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Offshore Responsibilities:

• Driver Management: Ensure document validity, update staff details, arrange accommodation, travel, PPEs, and training.
• Rotations Planning: Manage personnel rotations, track leave, and coordinate offshore travel.
• Maintenance Coordination: Ensure timely equipment maintenance, spare parts deliveries, and cost tracking.
• Reporting: Maintain project trackers, including master sheets, equipment logs, purchase orders, and financial reports.
• HSE Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, incident reporting, and corrective actions.

Onshore Responsibilities:

• Timesheet Management: Prepare client and supplier timesheets for invoicing.
• Invoicing & Accruals: Process invoices, track purchase orders, and ensure compliance with contract rates.
• Equipment Rentals: Manage rental job creation, purchase orders, and monthly KPI tracking.

Requirements:

• Education: Mechanical background
• Experience: 5+ years in Oil & Gas (Offshore experience required)
• Technical Skills: MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), Optima, IVMS tracking system
• Key Competencies: Strong coordination, reporting, communication, and time management skills
