DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is hiring a Senior Coordinator, Billing to join their growing operations in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role requires a detail-oriented professional with a background in warehouse billing, finance, or logistics to handle daily billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, and support financial reporting across 3PL & 4PL operations.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end billing tasks, liaising with internal departments and clients, and contributing to monthly financial forecasting and reporting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process daily billing for warehouse operations including inbound/outbound shipments, storage, and handling fees

• Cross-check billing documents with Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accuracy

• Submit monthly billing reports for finance reconciliation

• Handle client inquiries related to billing and ensure timely resolution

• Ensure operational instructions align with contract rate terms

• Issue client invoices in preferred formats (soft/hard copy)

• Maintain and archive billing documentation (invoices, contracts, financials)

• Upload accurate invoices and supporting docs to client e-portals

• Conduct monthly financial reconciliations for interoffice billing

• Track and report on billing KPIs and trends

• Prepare revenue forecasts and monthly billing summaries

• Maintain a billing tracker and coordinate with internal stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Logistics

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in warehouse billing, ideally within 3PL or 4PL operations

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Solid financial and billing acumen

  • Proficient in computerized accounting systems

  • Results-driven and organized
