Technip Energies is seeking a Senior Contract Specialist with significant experience in contract management, preferably within the onshore/offshore oil and gas sector. This role involves managing contract terms, liaising with subcontractors, and ensuring the proper execution of contract processes, from proposal to post-award.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract Review & Qualification: Review clients’ terms and conditions at the proposal stage, issuing necessary qualifications and ensuring all requirements are met.

• Subcontractor Management: Identify subcontracts, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and make recommendations for the selection of subcontractors. Manage post-award subcontract actions.

• Tender Document Preparation: Prepare and compile tender documents, both technical and commercial, ensuring they align with project requirements.

• Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in contract and subcontract management throughout the project lifecycle. Provide support for contract issues and negotiations.

• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Proposals Division, Disciplines, and subcontractors to ensure the timely and efficient handling of subcontract queries and awards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as engineering, project management, or finance.

• Experience: Significant professional experience in contract management, preferably in the onshore/offshore oil and gas sector.

• Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and expertise in contract management processes.
