CoinW is seeking a Senior Content Designer to join our growing team in Dubai. As a bridge between users and digital products, you will create intuitive, user-friendly content that enhances product experiences. This full-time on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and craft content that simplifies complex processes while maintaining brand voice and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop user-centered content for digital interfaces such as UI text, microcopy, tooltips, onboarding flows, and error messages.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, marketers, and UX researchers to deliver high-quality content.

• Design and implement content strategies aligned with brand tone, user needs, and business goals.

• Conduct user research, A/B testing, and content audits to improve content engagement and effectiveness.

• Create and maintain style guides and best practices for scalable and consistent content experiences.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in content writing, UX writing, content design, or content strategy.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in English, Journalism, Communications, Translation, or related fields.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (near-native level).

• Experience in creating style guides, content frameworks, and collaborating with global or cross-functional teams.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with a user-first approach.

• Deep commitment to enhancing UX through clear and effective content.
