Watermelon Ecosystem, a leading F&B tech platform in the UAE, is seeking a Senior Content Creator with expertise in videography to lead visual storytelling across the brand and product ecosystem. You will manage the full video content lifecycle—from ideation to post-production—creating engaging content for social media, product explainers, client case studies, and campaigns that educate and convert B2B audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute video-first content strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end video production: storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, sound, and color grading.

• Produce product explainer videos, client testimonials, social reels, event coverage, and leadership interviews.

• Guide creative direction and ensure videos reflect the brand voice and tech-forward visual identity.

• Build and manage a video content calendar across business units (Marketplace, SaaS, POS, Fintech).

• Analyze video performance metrics and optimize content output.

• Maintain organized content library and create reusable templates for brand consistency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of video production experience, preferably in content marketing or startups.

• Strong editing and post-production skills with a cinematic and modern aesthetic.

• Portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form branded video content.

• Experience setting up shoots, managing logistics, and directing on-site.

• Knowledge of content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement in B2B.

Preferred / Bonus Skills:

• Experience producing B2B SaaS or F&B-related content.

• Fluency in Arabic and English.

• Basic animation or motion design knowledge.

• Drone license or aerial videography experience.
