We are seeking a Senior Content Creator with a strong focus on videography to lead visual storytelling across our brand and product ecosystem. This role will involve creating high-quality, engaging video content from ideation to post-production, tailored for multiple platforms including TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the web.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a video-first content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.

• Manage end-to-end video production including storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, sound, and color grading.

• Create a range of video content such as product explainers, client testimonials, social reels, event coverage, and leadership interviews.

• Ensure all video content aligns with the brand’s modern, minimal, and tech-forward visual identity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrated campaigns.

• Plan, manage, and maintain a video content calendar across multiple business units.

• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content.

• Maintain a well-organized content library and reusable video templates.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of experience in video production, preferably in a content marketing or startup environment.

• Strong editing and post-production skills with a cinematic and modern approach.

• Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and related tools.

• Experienced in managing shoots, production logistics, and directing on-site.

• Knowledge of B2B storytelling, audience engagement, and digital content marketing.

• Bonus skills: Arabic fluency, basic animation/motion design, drone operation, or experience in B2B SaaS/F&B content production.
