This full-time, on-site role is perfect for a visual storyteller with a passion for capturing and crafting engaging content that lives beyond the day. You will play a key role in creating high-quality visuals that amplify the brand’s digital footprint and convey the energy of their iconic events.

Key Responsibilities:

🎥 Content Creation

• Capture high-quality videos and images at events, focusing on storytelling, atmosphere, and key interactions.

• Produce dynamic behind-the-scenes and highlight reels for multiple platforms.

🖌️ Editing & Production

• Edit content using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or Canva to create professional and visually appealing outputs.

📅 Content Scheduling

• Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

• Ensure timely posts aligned with content strategies.

📊 Performance Tracking

• Track and analyze content performance metrics.

• Provide recommendations to improve engagement and audience reach.

📈 Trend Monitoring

• Keep up-to-date with social media and digital content trends.

• Integrate relevant trends into the content to enhance appeal.

Skills and Qualifications:

✔️ Experience:

• 3–5 years of proven experience in content creation, preferably in events, marketing, or digital media.

✔️ Technical Skills:

• Proficient with Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.

• Mandatory experience using professional camera systems (Sony, Canon) and Gimbals.

✔️ Creative Mindset:

• Strong storytelling ability with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

• Adaptable to fast-paced environments and tight deadlines.

✔️ Collaboration:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with a cross-functional team.

✔️ Location & Availability:

• Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

✔️ Portfolio:

• Submission of a content portfolio is mandatory to showcase skills.
