NVR HR Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to join a dynamic manufacturing/packaging company in Dubai, UAE. This full-time, on-site role is ideally suited for a female professional with strong experience in international procurement, vendor negotiations, and logistics coordination. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with both local and international suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and lead times to ensure cost-effective procurement.

• Issue and manage purchase orders; track delivery schedules and ensure timely shipment.

• Coordinate logistics with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.

• Ensure full compliance with UAE import/export regulations and manage required documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and inventory.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team for receipt, inspection, and verification of goods.

• Maintain and update ERP systems with correct landing costs and inventory data.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of proven procurement experience, including exposure to international sourcing.

• Deep knowledge of customs regulations, import/export processes, and shipping documentation.

• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidates are strongly preferred.

• Must be available to join immediately or on short notice.

• Prior experience in the manufacturing or packaging industry will be a strong advantage.
