Job Title: Senior Construction Project Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Project Manager with a strong background in Architectural Engineering to lead and manage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with in-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations. The position requires someone proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other construction management software. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

   • Lead and oversee construction projects from start to finish.

   • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.

   • Prepare and review shop drawings, as-built drawings, and other technical documents.

   • Ensure compliance with local building codes, construction laws, and safety standards.

2. Technical Skills:

   • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and procedures.

   • Proficient in construction software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other project management tools.

   • Read, interpret, and execute blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.

3. Cost Control & Procurement:

   • Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes.

   • Ensure the project stays within financial parameters while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

4. Team Leadership:

   • Provide leadership and supervision to project teams and on-site staff.

   • Resolve issues efficiently and make critical decisions to ensure project success.

   • Manage client communications and coordinate with all stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in construction project management with experience in shop drawings and as-built drawings.

• Knowledge of local building codes and construction laws.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant project management software.

• Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.

• Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience: 5-10 years in construction project management.

• Location: Dubai, UAE; Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
