Mannin Real Estate is looking for a highly motivated and ambitious Community Manager to manage and grow its social media presence. This role involves creating engaging content, implementing growth strategies, and interacting with potential clients to enhance the company’s brand in the Dubai real estate market.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Social Media Strategy & Growth:

• Develop, launch, and manage social media strategies across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Facebook.
• Grow social media accounts from scratch using organic & paid strategies.

📸 Content Creation & Engagement:

• Create engaging posts, reels, videos, and stories to highlight properties and market trends.
• Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and build strong relationships with potential clients.

🏡 Real Estate Marketing:

• Collaborate with real estate agents to promote listings and exclusive deals.
• Track and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and lead generation.

Job Requirements:

🎓 Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in community management, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in content creation, audience engagement, and lead generation strategies.
• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics.
• Fluent in English (French & Arabic are a plus).
• Understanding of the Dubai real estate market is a strong advantage.
